Since 2011, Precision Auto has been Raleigh's family-owned auto repair shop — where ASE-certified skill meets genuine, small-business care.

How It All Started

Precision Auto began with a straightforward belief: auto repair should be honest, skilled, and fair. In 2011, we opened our doors in Raleigh, NC with a small team, a handful of tools, and a commitment to treating every customer like family.

What started as a two-bay shop has grown into a full-service facility staffed entirely by ASE-certified technicians. But some things haven't changed — we still greet every customer by name, explain every repair in plain English, and stand behind our work with a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty.
